Terms and Conditions

All sales are final and must be paid for before removing items from the building or property. 

Every item is sold "As Is- Where Is" with no guarantees expressed or implied.  Every buyer is purchasing based on his/her own inspections regardless of what is printed or announced by auction company.

Vehicles and titled equipment must be paid for on day of purchase.  Title will be mailed to purchaser once payment has cleared. 

A 10% buyers premium is added to all sales.  Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted (3% courtesy fee will be charged on all credit card sales)
